Home to Me: Youth finding their voice to take care of their home: the story of Grassy Narrows as told by CBC

‘One year ago today, the youth of Grassy Narrows were invited to protest and perform in front of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario for #RiverRun2016, rallying in hopes to clean up the mercury that was dumped into their water decades ago. This problem continues and the community is still fighting for the government to clean it up. During that time, CBC News: The National gave our youth a platform for their message “Home To Me”.
